How do I activate my online account?

If you received an email from us asking you to activate your online account, please follow the steps below to do so: 

Step 1:

  • Click on Resend Activation Link (if you are prompted with the online account is not activated yet, after entering the email address)

Step 2:

  • Click on Forget Password to receive an email to reset the password (after you have clicked on the Resend Activation Link in Step 1)

Step 3:

  • Enter your email address associated with your account to recover password details.
