How to apply or renew my VIP membership:

Option 1:

Renewal at any Pet Lovers Centre or The Pet Safari stores

Step 1: Apply for a VIP Card at any Pet Lovers Centre or The Pet Safari stores
Step 2: Activate your VIP card through our website
Step 3: Follow the onscreen instructions, enter Registration Code and your Mobile No.
Step 4: Enter the One-Time Pin (OTP) sent to your mobile phone via SMS
Step 5: Complete the VIP Card activation by filling in your personal particulars and click “submit”

Note: In order to submit, please tick and agree to our Privacy Policy.
*If you have changed your mobile number, please update us by calling Customer Care Hotline 02-170-7979 as the entire membership system revolves around your mobile phone number.

Option 2:

Apply or renew on Pet Lovers Centre website

*Please retain your current card for use after renewal. No new card will be issued.

1-Year Membership Fee
• FREE NEW (for new store within 6 months) / RENEWAL membership for purchases or accumulated receipts amounting to THB1,200 over the course of 4 weeks

• Membership Fee THB100 for NEW membership (no min. purchase required)
• Membership Fee THB100 for RENEWAL of membership (purchase less than 1,200 baht)
