Yes, points on expired cards will automatically be credited to the new VIP membership card. As long as the new VIP membership card is activated using the same mobile phone number. and renew within 1 month after expiration
Reward points will not be available if the VIP card expires more than 3 months.
You can visit the Pet Lovers Center or The Pet Safari to renew your membership card.
Step 1: Activate your VIP card through our website.
Step 2: Follow the instructions on the screen. Enter the registration code and enter your mobile phone number.
Step 3: Enter the One Time PIN (OTP) sent to your mobile phone via SMS.
Step 4: Activate your VIP card by entering your personal information and clicking "Submit".
