Why is the delivery window period so late for items on In Stocks?
In Stocks status items require a longer lead time of 5 working days because they are only available in the retail stores. Tele-confirmation will be done from our Delivery Service Officer.

| Available | Stocks are available for immediate delivery within 3 working days upon tele-confirmation from our Delivery Service Officer. |
| In Stocks | Stocks are available at our retail stores for delivery within 5 working days upon tele-confirmation from our Delivery Service Officer. |
| Low Stocks | We will check physical stocks availability before confirming your order. |
